Help Getting Drupal Up and Running

If you're having trouble getting to the point where you can install Drupal, check out this great article by drupalbeginner, aka Dave:

http://drupal.org/node/749846

In his words:
"I really struggled (as most beginners do) with getting Drupal up and running on my home computer. But I figured it out and wrote a "how I did it" for the drupal.org site here:
http://drupal.org/node/749846 Let me know your thoughts."

Thanks Dave!

the dummiest

I'm the dummiest. Yesterday I learned how to install and open a drupal website. But now I'm stuck. How do you make a nice page and if I have one, how do I make it to appear in the website. Because, well, that's what it's all about, isn't it? For years I worked with Frontpage, but now I have to start all over! The difficult part is how to understand where I am in the program.., and the consequences of what I change..
I feel I'm the dummiest in the world and hope to find all the answers in the book "Drupal for dummies"...!
